Staystrip has five rolling mills on site, producing high quality, temper rolled stainless steel from 0.05mm up to and including 4.00mm thick. We offer widths from 2.50mm wide to 400mm, slit to close tolerances.
We offer a VPN range from 140 to 550, depending on the specification.

Staystrip’s precision slitting lines will produce rotary sheared coil as narrow as 2.50mm wide. Our largest de-coiler will cut from 1320mm wide, all to precision tolerances.
Our blanking lines can produce cut-to-length products to precision tolerances if required.
Staystrip can offer various edge conditions from normal rotary slit edge to more precise edge conditions such as fully de-burred, machine edged or round edged.
We offer various packing facilities to meet customer requirements.
Customers who use narrow strip can increase productivity with oscillate wound coils, as large as 1000 kgs.
The benefits of using larger wound coils are that the coil needs to be changed less frequently and therefore reduces downtime, alongside less scrap generation.
This process has been proven to increase machine output by up to 40% on pressing lines.
Common applications for oscillate would coils are found in the building and automotive industries, amongst many others.
We can also offer colour coded and euro pallets if specified. These are all labelled with customers own part numbers, order numbers and Staystrip’s own internal reference number for complete traceability.
